Delicious Windmill Vieilles vines 2019, de dress ruby, is a wine rich and fragrant (morello cherry, blackberry), finely spiced, full-bodied, aux tannins harmonious and well balanced, with excellent development.
The Saint-Amour Vieilles vines 2020, is all in color, with in the mouth these subtle notes of fruits overripe reds, aux tannins well melted, very harmonious like Saint-Amour Tree of Life 2019, with complex shades of fruits from the woods, it is all on the palate, revealing a lovely spicy finish on the palate. The Julianas Vieilles vines 2020is a wine combining flexibility and intensity aromatic, well harmonious and very balanced, while aromas et finesse in the final. As for his other Julianas My Father's Secret 2019, with these very persistent notes of petit fruits with core, it is ample and closed, aux tannins present but very fine.

Saint-Amour Vieilles Vignes: Some may find this a bit too perfumed (violets!), but we like the wine's lightness of touch and liveliness, after tasting some rather rich and soft wines from this appellation. Light body with some sappy tannins and a long, crisp finish. Drink now.

Windmill: Rich and chocolatey, this is an expansive style of Windmill, but has also been precisely crafted in this style. The tannins build nicely on the palate, but in spite of that, the impression is of a wine that's not going to develop further in any significant way. Long, supple and quite spicy finish.
