Vinification: Maceration of 8 days in whole bunches carried out in concrete vats of 50 and 60 Hl. Maintain temperatures below 32°C. Daily pumping over and pigeage.
Ageing: 6 to 10 months in concrete and stainless steel vats.

Vinification: Maceration of 8 to 10 days in whole bunches carried out in concrete vats of 50 and 60 Hl. Maintain temperatures below 32°C. Daily pumping over and pigeage.
Ageing: 6 to 10 months in concrete and stainless steel vats before bottling – 20,000 bottles per year.
